1. Use of the Service
1.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
1.2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
1.3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You must not engage in any conduct that may harm the Service or interfere with other users’ experience.

2. Coffee Chat Invitations and Events
2.1. User Responsibility
When initiating Coffee Chat invitations or participating in events, you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Remoera is not responsible for the conduct of any user.
2.2. Event Participation
Participation in official group Coffee Chat events may be subject to additional guidelines or requirements, which will be communicated separately.

3. User Content
3.1. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
3.2. Content Standards
You agree not to post any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that we, in our sole discretion, consider to violate these standards.

3.3. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Abusive Content

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive users or objectionable content. Any user who violates this policy may have their account suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.

3.4. Content Moderation and Reporting

Users may report or flag content they believe violates these Terms. Reports are reviewed by our team, and we will take appropriate action within 24 hours, including removing the content and/or suspending the offending user.

4. Privacy
4.1. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Remoera or its licensors.
5.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
6.2. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
 
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remoera is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
7.2. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to us, if any, for the use of the Service over the previous twelve months.

8.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms
9.1. We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

10.1. For users accessing the Service via iOS, these Terms incorporate Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) by reference, except where otherwise expressly stated herein.
