Effective Date: September 1, 2025

This Software License and Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and Remoera (“Provider”). By accessing or using the Remoera Application (“Application”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.

1. License Grant

1.1 Provider grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal and lawful purposes.

1.2 User shall not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or exploit the Application in any unauthorized manner.

2. Services and Third-Party Integration

2.1 The Application uses third-party services, including Google Firebase for data storage and analytics.

2.2 By using the Application, User acknowledges that certain data (such as app usage data, device information, and user-generated content) may be processed and stored by Firebase in accordance with Google’s terms and policies.

2.3 Provider does not control and is not responsible for the practices of such third-party services.

3. User Obligations

3.1 User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Application.

3.2 User shall not upload, store, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes upon third-party rights.

 

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 The Application, including all software, design, and content, is owned by Provider and protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2 Nothing in this Agreement grants User ownership of the Application or related intellectual property.

 

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

5.1 The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

5.2 Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Application.

 

6. Termination

6.1 Provider may suspend or terminate User’s access to the Application at any time for violation of this Agreement or for operational reasons.

6.2 Upon termination, the license granted to User will immediately cease.

 

7. Changes to Agreement

Provider reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

 

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
