Cancellation Policy

Please read the following terms carefully before booking your session with Master Luo Ting. 1. Booking & Payment Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. Currency: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the meeting link and a guide on how to prepare for your session. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling We value your time and the time of our consultants. Notice Period: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the start time are non-refundable. 3. Punctuality & No-Shows Late Arrivals: All sessions will start and end strictly on time. If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delaying subsequent clients. No-Shows: If you do not join the meeting within 15 minutes of the start time without prior notice, it will be considered a "No-Show." The session will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued. 4. Prerequisite Information To ensure the accuracy of the astrological analysis ("BaZi" / Fortune Analysis): Required Data: You must provide your precise Date of Birth, Time of Birth, and Place of Birth at the time of booking or at least 2 hours prior to the session. Accuracy: Remoera is not responsible for analysis inaccuracies resulting from incorrect birth data provided by the client. 5. Confidentiality Privacy: All personal data, conversations, and background information shared during the session are strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties. Recording: Recording of the session (audio or video) is not permitted without the mutual consent of both parties. 6. Disclaimer Nature of Service: This consulting service is intended for guidance and personal insight purposes only. Liability: The analysis provided does not constitute professional legal, medical, or financial advice. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions. Remoera and the consultant accept no liability for any actions taken based on the information provided.
