Job Description
1. Lead Project Management: Oversee the project lifecycle, from planning and coordination to successful closure.
2. Resource Coordination: Align and manage internal and external resources, ensuring project schedules stay within scope and budget.
3. Adherence to Methodologies: Uphold effective project management processes and methodologies, ensuring comprehensive end-to-end reporting.
4. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery, culminating in a smooth final handover.
5. Technical Collaboration: Work collaboratively with IT resources to define and scope necessary technical solutions.
6. Documentation Management: Assess, manage, and maintain all project documentation effectively.
7. Risk Reporting: Identify and report project risks and outcomes to management, escalating issues as needed.
8. Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of communication for all project stakeholders.
9. Analysis and Adaptation: Evaluate project progress and make adjustments to scope or timelines to optimise outcomes.
10. Team Coordination: Assign roles and tasks to team members based on their skills and deliverables.
11. Goal Achievement: Strive to meet organisational objectives while upholding industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
1. Minimum of three years of experience in project coordination.
2. Proven track record in managing projects within a PMO or business administration context.
3. Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
4. Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
5. Solid understanding of IT operations and infrastructure, including networking, systems administration, and cloud technologies.
6. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Experience with ICT desktop infrastructure, networking, and cloud solutions.
9. Demonstrated success in delivering client solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
11. Experience in overseeing small to medium projects from concept to successful delivery.
12. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a shared resource context.
13. Exceptional communication abilities, with talent for knowledge sharing, gaining buy-in, and influencing decisions.
14. Flexible, consultative approach with strong planning and organisational skills.
15. Proven success in collaborating across all levels of management within a corporate environment.
